Important Back to School Info!
-NJ State requires that students entering 6th grade have their Tdap and Meningococcal vaccines.  Please ensure you child has these vaccinations prior to starting 6th grade and submit proof to the school by mailing or dropping it off in person.
-7th and 8th grade students are eligible to play fall sports.  Please fill out the required physical packets and forms found HERE.  All physicals must be filled out on these forms.  Thank you.

After learning about Paleolithic Era in Mrs. Battersby class, students designed and created the perfect Hunter-Gatherer. This Hunter-Gatherer had to adapt and survive in the harsh Stone Age environment.

Alder Hosts Project WET Festival
On May 24th, 2018, Alder Avenue Middle School hosted its 9th annual Project WET Water Festival. Its mission is to reach children, parents, teachers and community members of the world with water education that promotes awareness of water and empowers community action to solve complex water issues.

Alder Purple Team Visits The Forsythe Wildlife Refuge in Galloway
The purpose of the trip is for students to learn what they have been studying in7th grade Science classes with food chains & Ecosystems & tie it all together about coastal habitats among 47,000 acres of Southern NJ.
